MANGALURU: With his much-awaited film ‘Toxic’ set to hit theatres on August 26, actor Yash on Tuesday visited prominent temples in coastal Karnataka, seeking blessings ahead of the film’s release.
Yash, accompanied by producer Venkat, first visited Dharmasthala and offered prayers at the Sri Manjunatha temple. He later met Dharmadhikari Veerendra Heggade and sought his blessings.
The actor subsequently visited the Surya Sadashivarudra Temple in Ujire, a place he has visited before the release of his films. Yash had also offered prayers at the temple ahead of the release of KGF: Chapter 2 and visited it with his family in August 2024.

Temple visits before film releases have become a tradition for Yash. The actor had earlier visited late actor Ambareesh’s residence before the release of KGF and sought blessings.
‘Toxic’, directed by Geetu Mohandas, marks Yash’s return to the big screen nearly four years after KGF: Chapter 2. The film also stars Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth.
Yash is also a co-producer of the film and has backed the project through his banner Monster Mind Creations in association with KVN Productions.
The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 26.
