Mumbai, July 7 (IANS) Entrepreneur Mira Rajput Kapoor penned a sweet yet quirky anniversary wish for husband Shahid Kapoor on their 11th wedding anniversary on July 7.
She shared a nostalgic throwback picture to celebrate another milestone in their marriage.
Taking to her social media account,, Mira posted an old picture from their visit to Madame Tussauds museum. The picture shows the couple posing between Shahid Kapoor and his wax statue.
Shahid is seen dressed in a striped formal suit, while his wax figure is dressed in a black-and-white tuxedo. Mira looks elegant in a sleeveless black gown as she stands between the real and wax versions of her husband.
Sharing the memorable picture, she captioned the post as, “When 1+1 = 11 Happy Anniversary love of my life!”
Shahid and Mira tied the knot on July 7, 2015, in an intimate Anand Karaj ceremony held in Delhi. For the uninitiated, their alliance was arranged through the spiritual organisation Radha Soami Satsang Beas, to which both families belong.
Despite a significant age difference, the two developed a strong bond after meeting through their families and eventually decided to marry.
They are parents to two children, daughter Misha Kapoor, born in 2016, and son Zain Kapoor, whom they welcomed in 2018.
On the work front, Shahid was last seen in Cocktail 2 for which he received good response to his character portrayal.
He was also seen in O Romeo which opened to mix response at the box office.
For the uninitiated, Shahid is the son of veteran actors Pankaj Kapur and Neelima Azim.
