Spinach / Palak Soup | Healthy, Creamy, Low in Calorie

Palak soup is one pot liquid meal. It is completely healthy and low calorie soup. The papal soup is very tasty and easily digestive in body. So many people should include it in their diet list

 

The palak soup is very easy to prepare. For soup there are not many ingredients to prepare. Bay leaf gives a nice aroma to the soup. Onion gives little creamy flavour, palak cooks fast so no need much time to make the healthy soup. When you are adding milk it’s completely optional. You can add fresh cream or low calorie milk. The soup is made spicy by adding pepper powder, green chilly.

The green leaves are very good for health. Spinach and milk are good combinations for the soup. The palak soup can be served with fresh cream or also can have plain soup.

For everyone palak soup is very green, and nutritious. Spinach decreases oxidative stress, improves eye, and prevents heart disease. For infants it’s very healthy because it improves their blood, Brian development.
