Chaitanya Mahila Cooperative Bank invites applications for Junior Assistants, Drivers

Vijayapura: Chaitanya Mahila Sahakari Bank Ltd. has invited applications for the posts of Junior Assistants and Sepoys/Drivers. The recruitment will be subject to approval from the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Town Banks Division, Karnataka.

Selected candidates will also be eligible for dearness allowance and other benefits as sanctioned by the state government from time to time, subject to the financial position of the bank and board approval.

Eligibility Criteria: For the post of Junior Assistant, candidates must have completed B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BBA or BE (CS) with a minimum of 70% marks from a recognised university in Karnataka. Computer proficiency is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with postgraduate qualifications and relevant experience.

For the post of Driver, candidates should have passed or failed SSLC and must possess a valid driving licence.

The minimum age is 18 years as on the last date of application. The upper age limit is 40 years for SC/ST candidates, 38 years for OBC candidates and 35 years for general category applicants.

Application Fee & Process: The application fee is ₹1,000 for General and OBC candidates and ₹500 for SC/ST candidates. The fee must be paid via Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Manager, Chaitanya Mahila Sahakari Bank Ltd., Vijayapura.” The fee is non-refundable.

Completed applications must be addressed to the Convener and General Manager, Staff Recruitment Committee, Chaitanya Mahila Sahakari Bank Ltd., Vijayapura-586101.

Application forms are available on the bank’s official website and at its head office at Meenakshi Chowk, Mirde Galli, Vijayapura, between 10.30am and 4.30pm.

The last date for submission of applications is March 6, 2026, by 4.30pm. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

Candidates must attach passport-size photographs, SSLC mark sheet (for age proof), degree mark sheets and caste certificates attested by a gazetted officer. Proficiency in Kannada, English or Hindi is mandatory. Interview dates will be announced separately.
